Class Rules

At most schools, there are three terms, beginning in September—Christmas, Easter and August break. August break is longer depending on what type of institution. Christmas term is longer than the other two. They refer to each term by the break at the end. Example: Fall term is Christmas term.
“Talk and chalk” is common in Primary and Secondary schools. “Talk and chalk” refers to the lecturing and copying of notes.
