The social scene at university can take place at the local university campus, consisting of cafes and restaurants. Otherwise, in cities, students often meet for coffee, go out dancing or to parties at friend’s houses.
Drinking is not very positively viewed when done in public.
It is acceptable for men to smoke in public, not as much for women.
