“Sir” or “Madam” are most common titles used when meeting people in a business setting. Mr./Mrs. is common as well.

People are very eager to give out their business cards.  Having a business card is a point of pride and shows that you are in a good, stable job.  It is appropriate to give out business cards as much as you like, and there is no right or wrong way to present the card.
